Molecular Genomics, the Certified Service Provider for Agilent Genomics portfolio, is proud to present you the quantitative PCR (qPCR) hands-on workshop in this coming June. Prospective students will benefits from hands-on training as well as short lectures on qPCR from the application scientists at Molecular Genomics.
Our classroom style courses are charged at a flat rate, per person, per day including training materials and meals. The onsite training at your laboratory is possible upon request.
More "On Demand" qPCR, aCGH, or microarray trainings are possible at Molecular Genomics, a major genomics service provider based in Science Park II, Singapore.
Course Outline (SGD 100 per person):
1) Presentation:
a) General qPCR principles and theories
b) Mx3005 qPCR system and Stratagene qPCR/PCR solutions
c) Brief introduction of related gene expression profiling platform
2) Wet-lab training:
a) RNA QC using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer
b) First-Strand cDNA Synthesis
c) Real-time PCR Reaction Setup
d) Real-time PCR Run and Data Analysis
