NEWS: Introducing SureSelectXT Human Methyl-Seq

The new kit combines Agilent's SureSelect Target Enrichment platform with bisulfite sequencing to detect methylation changes.
The SureSelectXT Human Methyl-Seq's design targets human genomic CpG sites within CpG islands/shores, promoters, known differentially methylated regions (DMRs) and previously determined regulatory regions. It is a comprehensive design covering 84Mb of sequence in total.
Researchers can now get a comprehensive, efficient, robust, and cost-effective means to sequence subsets of the human methylome at single base-pair resolution. The enrichment, depth distribution, and sequence coverage from multiplexed sequencing are highly reproducible. SureSelect Methyl-Seq has confirmed known tissue specific DMRs and identified potential novel DMRs.
